Terms & Conditions – ko8 Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ko8 through any device, browser, or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the ko8 platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of ko8.

These Terms may be updated by ko8 at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. ko8 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via their registered email address or through a notice on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of ko8 services — including depositing, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on the ko8 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. ko8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement.

Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification. ko8 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts where verification has been requested and not fulfilled by the player.

3. Player Eligibility and Prohibited Jurisdictions

The ko8 platform is intended for use by adult players aged 21 years and above. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ko8 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. ko8 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining a player account on ko8:

• Persons under the age of 21 years.
• Persons accessing ko8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of ko8 or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from ko8 or any affiliated platform during the period of their self-exclusion.
• Persons who have been permanently banned from ko8 for any prior breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ko8 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in the player's own name. ko8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform following login. ko8 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time and to apply additional verification requirements to large or unusual deposit transactions.

ko8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ko8 accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment processors or mobile wallet operators.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where a direct return is not possible, ko8 will select an alternative method at its discretion, prioritising the player's registered payment options.

Withdrawals are subject to a standard processing period. ko8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security or verification checks. ko8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet operators, or banking institutions.

ko8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with the player's gaming history, or otherwise flagged by the platform's internal security systems. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the outcome of such checks.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ko8 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any bonus before opting in.

Standard bonus terms include a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the bonus terms. Slot games and crash games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from bonus play.

ko8 prohibits the use of bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit or circumvent wagering requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, placing offsetting bets, bet-hedging strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns that accumulate play without genuine wagering risk. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

ko8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse or where an error in the offer terms has occurred.

7. Game Rules and Platform Conduct

All games available on the ko8 platform — including but not limited to slot titles, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under their respective individual game rules. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before participating. Game rules are accessible within each game environment.

Players must not:

• Use any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the ko8 platform.
• Exploit any technical error, software vulnerability, or system glitch for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a malfunction are void.
• Engage in collusion with other players, whether in live dealer games or any other multi-player format.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically access platform data beyond normal user interaction.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, ko8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance. ko8's decision in such matters is final.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on ko8 covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, and ICC fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events as made available from time to time. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ko8 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market, event, or selection.

Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific settlement rules available in the betting section of the platform. In general, abandoned events are settled as void and stakes are returned, unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be declared under the applicable rules.

ko8 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced where the bet was accepted due to a technical error in the live-odds feed. In-play betting markets are accepted on a best-efforts basis; network latency and data feed delays are inherent to live betting and do not constitute grounds for a claim against ko8.

9. Responsible Gaming

ko8 is committed to promoting a safe gaming environment. Players who feel that their gambling habits are causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who request self-exclusion will be removed from all ko8 marketing communications and will be prevented from logging in or creating a new account for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure without return of funds beyond verified deposits.

ko8 applies a strict 21+ age verification policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be returned to the original payment source, less any winnings generated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ko8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software, and data — is the property of ko8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ko8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any ko8 content without prior written authorisation from ko8. Unauthorised use of ko8 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko8 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond ko8's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Losses incurred as a result of gaming or betting activity, including losses during bonus play.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ko8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.
